Architecture for London are winning London architects and designers, dedicated to the creation of better buildings and places. They specialize in contemporary housing and private residential projects including house extensions, basements, and loft conversions.
The website was designed to reflect their modern, minimal approach to architecture, with clean lines that let the images become center stage. Akkurat was used in a range of sizes, with some large titles to create hierarchy and a powerful graphic using the text. A three column layout provides individually scrollable sections and is fully responsive, allowing a tablet view with two columns and mobile view with just one. Social media is fully integrated into the design with Twitter, Instagram and Journal feeds occupying a column each.
The website was designed by Architecture for London in collaboration with Burgess and Beech.
